SMS terms
How our text messages work and how to stop them.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. The program
Lazos Familia sends text messages about your account. This includes messages from the person you're connecting with and service notices, like your confirmation, trial reminders, pauses and charges. We don't send advertising.
Lazos Assistant uses its own number. Messages you send to your Lazos Familia number reach your loved one exactly as you wrote them, and the assistant never reads them.
Lazos Familia is a service of Bridge Comm Unity Network Inc.
2. How you sign up
You sign up on the site, in the sign-up form, and tick a box that starts unticked. Ticking it is not required to use the site. You can see a copy of the form on the SMS consent page.
Then we send you one text to confirm. We send nothing else until you reply YES. Only the person who owns the number can sign it up.
3. How often and what it costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
